You forgot the part where sw dev mgmt shave off the top of the budget to appease higher leaders. Everyone is always trying to do more with less. It’s the game of any business. Even if a org gets more money year over year they are expected to do more than what it actually cost the company. 

I hate what he says as much as anyone but to say he isn’t successful is outright wrong. He has successfully convinced millions of people (almost half of our country) that he is a great president.

I Finland is a fairly homogeneous country. Sometimes I can’t help but feel like race, etc plays a factor in America’s inability to take some queues from Nordic countries economics.
