Regardless of Trump's incompetency, Dick Cheney shooting his friend and making the friend apologize for causing Dick grief is probably the dumbest thing I've ever seen there. So Trump could theoretically shoot a kid if he starts driving with bullets.

If that happens, he will win his second term and then get his controversial stuff out like Obama. Except, you know, Obama only made one monumentous fuckup while Trump has at least 6 in his short amount of time in power.

Oh snap, crackle, pop!

The question: will this actually do anything to get the Trump administration out of power or convince his voters anything wrong happened?

SNL, which for a long time had been one of my least favorite programs, staged an epic comeback by putting actual effort into its political satire. The General sketches also got stronger.

Twin Peaks hadn't been produced in 25 years, had a small cult following, and still got theirs. Unless it's a total bomb like 24 Legacy, there will be an audience for these extra seasons/series.

I think politics should have a daily thread, because we focus way too much on how Trump likes well-done steak with ketchup when news that's genuinely frightening this site's user base is usually concurrently happening. Some of what we criticize him for, like making public appearances or the Charlie Gard thing, is

I watched 30 seconds of the first MST3K revival episode and knew I wouldn't like it when I saw the guitar guy. Which is strange because I like the riff-style review of Nostalgia Critic and his ilk.

Even though Arrested Development was the first in this trend of revivals, what made this trend kick off in the past couple years? Fuller House? Trump? Only Samurai Jack and Twin Peaks are any good and that's because they were already good.

I was amazed that This is Us made the wise black grandfather a bisexual without it being a big deal.

My Dexter sense is tingling. This can't end well.

BARACK OBAMA IS SCARED OF ME CAUSE I DON'T SWALLOW KNOWLEDGE AND THEN SPIT IT FOR FREE! LET ME CLEAR MY THROAT UHUHGHAGH

Yes. Calling it the CGI Lion King doesn't sound as justifiable to audiences though. ESPECIALLY since The Lion Guard show is in 2D animation.

Jungle Book was great despite how much I hate its concept. Pete's Dragon completely changed its premise and time period (now set in 1983) but is a great Netflix watch.

Pazuzu!

They're remaking it. And then they're going to remake me!

This could have been an Amazing World of Gumball movie :/

Literally the only casting that's better than the original is Donald Glover over Matthew Broderick, the only notable flaw in the entire flick. I still hate the idea of this.

You know what's really great to be in green screened live action with CGI animals? A story featuring no human characters whatsoever that will only pale in comparison to the hard work a team of animators made come to life.

That poor child.
