Calling it now, after all the horrible things that’s happened in Hawkins, the people will try to escape from all the bad press by changing the town’s name to “Pawnee.”

My bet is that Hopper is in the Upside Down. The Mind Flayer will possess him and use him to get El to open the gate again.

They made it pretty clear in the first episode that super powered people are monitored more closely. Detective Costa warns Jessica not to cross the line several times. They also bring up the Raft quite a few times.

Jeph Loeb was the biggest problem. He was supposed to be the Kevin Feige but he was bad at actually managing the shows. They wanted an interconnected universe but the showrunners themselves have said in interviews that there’s no communication between the different shows. There is no plan.

They did a really good job of using super powers as a metaphor for dealing with abuse and trauma.

She’s clearly auditioning for Carmen Sandiego.

Sallinger isn’t the big bad. He’s not really that much of a threat to Jessica. Jessica only had a problem with him because of other factors. At the start, it was because she had no idea Sallinger was even after her. Then she had to deal with Trish and Jeri.

This episode seems to imply that Hogarth is representing several powered people. So I’m guessing it’s more than just Jessica, Luke, and Danny. I would love to see a series about Hogarth dealing with cases involving super powers.

I like how Sallinger is trying to figure out how he was discovered and he only went after Jessica because he assumes she was the one who found him out. The whole thing was a coincidence.

Jessica still has a healing factor. It’s just not as strong as other superheroes.

Probably because Malcolm knew that he would just be called in to bribe the cops.

Fuck DC Universe. The show is great. Just put it on HBO. Put Doom Patrol on HBO too. Heck, put Young Justice on HBO.

Except my argument wasn’t that every villain needed multiple movies to build up. My argument was about Apocalypse.

This is a hilariously disingenuous recount of Vader in ANH.

The series also shows that you can’t just magically make things better by being honorable and having good intentions.

Yeah, the Tarly’s betraying the Tyrells and taking up arms against them was a huge crime. They’re traitors and oathbreakers. Being prisoners of war doesn’t absolve them of those past crimes. No other lord would have let them go unpunished.

Most people in the world don’t have the fantastic resources Steve Jobs had.

Most people aren’t billionaires able to afford the best doctors in the world and travel to multiple transplant centers in different states to get on several transplant waiting lists.

I guess Jobs’ oncologist cracked a few too many jokes when he recommended surgery.

I hope they go with KotoR 2's interpretation of Revan, and HK-47.
