It’s truly hard for me to imagine looking at a world full of busy people going about their lives and think that something’s wrong with them because they’re not paying more attention to me.

Maybe I’m just getting old and soft, but my mind went to all the devs and team members who actually probably worked very hard on this game and were likely to some degree mismanaged. I mean, fight scenes are supposed to look spontaneous too, but you do what the stunt coordinator blocked out for you - you don’t randomly decide to kick the other actor in the balls in the name of “being spontaneous.”

I agree. Losing a touch of spontaneity trying to convey lust onscreen that isn’t paint-by-numbers is worth it to keep everyone safe and secure and if actors don’t like it, well, they’d better learn to act better...
