Does anyone else hear Cecil Palmer in their head whenever the word “outsider” gets mentioned in the Zombies 3 trailer?

Yeah... yeah, I don’t like that costume. You shouldn’t be able to stab yourself accidentally if you bend down to pick up a pencil. Why didn’t they just give her a rough approximation of Thor’s armour?
That’s the thing. It’s “ROLL THE DICE on her living her life with the sentient nebula” or “ROLL THE DICE on her dying”. Neither of the choices presented had a clear ending point (as in, the entity could have been malevolent, or he could have found a cure in time, maybe with the research he got out of the Omelas guy),…
Keep those somber white-on-black images coming, companies.
You’re kinda missing my point. What I’m trying to do is put the entity’s actions into context. Why is it okay for a Boltzmann brain to spirit away a child from the only life she’s ever known? If it was Just Some Person, it would be extremely worrying at best. I’m actually reminded of Avengers #200 (or, to keep it…
Am I the only one who didn’t like M’Benga’s choice?
Hey, the Staff comments are from people who are just as baffled as I am that Heard got as much vitriol as she did.
(Also, my one “Hell yeah!” moment from this chapter was Obi-Wan giving Vader a meteor shower. This show could have used a lot more of that)
Humour helps people cope with the heinous shit that the world throws at them. I’m right there with you.
Huh. Does Vecna not look a hell of a lot like Gul Dukat from Deep Space Nine? I had to check to make sure he wasn’t played by Marc Alaimo...
I’d be stunned if they did that, and also technically they did already. Making Blade 3 MCU canon would involve implying that Ali and Snipes are the same character, which they would never do even if they were on the best terms ever with Snipes. But also, multiverse, so that technically makes all Marvel properties…
I would laugh if Martinet’s interpretation of Petruchio as plumber got squashed and stretched and reformed into Pratt basically doing an impression of Heath Ledger from 10 Things I Hate About You.
Maybe not, but we can always get interesting with the remixes.
That’s the thing, though - this isn’t a VFX problem. It’s a writing problem. Regardless of how you realize the vision of your film, you can, y’know... NOT resort to one of the oldest tropes in the book over and over?
MCU: It’s a shame making interesting villains with unique abilities is so tough.
Across the Spider-Verse’s approach to villains: So you know, the arc of Dr. Ohnn Spot is one that does really complement, without giving away the story, it really does complement the the journey of Miles in this film really well.
7. Take care of the malevolent shape-changing spaceship on the roof. James Corden is recommended, but not required. :P
GET UP ON THE HYDRA’S BACK
Too bad Anthony never got the memo:
This week:
