nitpicking here, but technically wouldn’t have this been a push, to borrow a gambling term, for tyrion’s trial? i mean, they both died. Granted, the show doesn’t go into the minutiae of trial by combat rules, but if they both die, i say that is a fucking mistrial.

a dumbass i went to high school with did this on my town’s soccer fields... except his license plate fell off while he was doing them and the police needed about 12 seconds to figure out it was him. his family got quite the big bill from the town.
