The number of people that think the government is some evil, selfish thinking entity (unless its “their team” in charge) instead of a giant industry made of hundreds of loosely connected companies staffed by pretty normal people is mindblowing.

Trump’s health is never a guarantee; another 4 years is asking a lot given the median lifespan of humans in general and unhealthy Americans in particular.
FWIW, Jan 6th and all the indictments came after the election as well as the fallout from Roe impacting in individual states.
Abeloth inhabiting Shin Hati (or Sabine???) was my guess; Abeloth in the EU was mortal first and might need a “host” to come “back” as it were.
Certainly better used there than in the Sequels.
EDIT: someone already beat me to that joke
40% increase over the life of the contract, not in a single year.
4 day workweek means a 5th is OT?
So when the UAW lands a deal with the Big 3 and they pivot to going after Tesla, does he plan on raising pay to match? All of the WSJ and Fox News articles (just search “winner” and “UAW” and “Tesla” to see how the through line has been written) seem to conveniently ignore that Tesla not being UAW today is not a…

Considering it is spread over the life of the contract and barely covers the inflation over the past one, its just an OK ask. That the OEMs are already at 20% increase after basically only a week of real negotiating tells you that the 40% original request wasn’t too unreasonable.
The market will eat it up, customers will be fucked and the wheel of capitalism will roll on.
I like how he says it like the OEMs haven’t considered it before and then rejected it out of hand because of hundreds of reasons relating to logistics and expense.
These aren’t little plastic army men, they are incredibly complex machines.
Sorry, I was responding to your point that it would end her run; unless she chooses to quit or the Dems drop her from the ballot, her run will be completed on election day like anyone else.
Price should increase a bit but still needs to stay between Traverse and Tahoe; size is larger because that is the whole point of the article and the weight should be negligible overcurrent (trading a V6 for a turbo 4).
