Post-Trump, the Overton window has moved a bit. Just need Dems to agree that it is not disqualifying considering GOPers wouldn’t care going the other way.

Reframing is nothing new - in Ohio they are doing an ad with someone saying that only 22% percent of Ohioans think that abortion is fine up until the point the baby is born, which means that there is room for 78% of Ohioans to have a discussion, but putting it in the Constitution means that Ohioans can’t have that

I’ve had 4 different people in the greys try to “naw actually” when my point was that OP could just google it if they were interested. I doubt Marko was thinking about geographic vs. geopolitical vs. colonial views on the structure of the Americas.

I mean, Desmoothbrain deserves whatever he gets but this does seem a bit...premeditated?

Given what he is doing, he doesn’t look particularly great for his age.

https://transpomaps.org/san-francisco/ca/fatalities is the closest I could find.

60 fatalities since 2022 of which 0 were from AVs (according to the SF Chronicle).

OK now show regular car crashes from non-AVs...

States can chose the manner and method to carry out their elections (Article I, Section 4, Clause 1), so I guess they could technically do it now to any candidate but their reasoning would have to have standing of some kind since it would definitely end up at SCOTUS.

I wonder if some of the states would chose to not allow him on the ballot citing the 14th amendment as the reason?
