The shooting is in the witness video. The guy is defenseless, stuck underneath with the cop in full control when he just draws and executes him. We're up against the weekend but he should be fired by Tuesday at the latest pending charges.

Killing a resisting suspect is never the right thing. 

The car was the piece of evidence he needed. Let the guy run. Photograph or write down the VIN, make & model, and license plate. Mail a court summons to the registered owner.

I should have kept reading b/c I just posted something similar.  We have people all over my office all the time; deliveries, stocking drinks, HVAC service, you name it.  So many that I don’t think twice.

There was a thief I read about a while back who would walk into buildings carrying a ladder, then pilfer personal belongings and such.  Once caught he made the same observation - no one questions a guy carrying a ladder.
