Agreed. I injured myself pretty badly on one doing squats. It forces you into a unnatural movement pattern. You’re far, far better off using dumbells, or benching inside of the power rack. I used to bench inside the power rack by myself all the time, and the pins always kept me safe.

I grew up not flossing, as no one in my family did it. I think back to all the stuff that must have been trapped between my teeth when I was younger and it grosses me out.
