Yes. Hopefully, this will encourage a few people to think about how we treat our homeless. To be homeless is bad enough; to be homeless and mentally ill is a tragedy. She's doing her best.
Your first thought was that she was a prostitute? That didn't even occur to me; she is clearly a mentally unstable woman who is most likely (but not definitely) homeless. This is what her life is.
