Funny thing, I think the second Eugene listing is my brother in law’s van. He was thinking about selling, and the engine was rebuilt in the spring.

There was a dealer near me that was advertising a Chevy 454ss truck, and it didn’t list a price about 10 years ago. It was completely stock and had pretty much average miles given that at the time it was a 15 year old truck. I called to ask and the price was $12,000! The kbb price on the truck was less than $3000.…
Naturally for me the only pumps where I have the issue is at the grocery store where I get discounts for shopping. I actually noticed the connection on their pumps is different than the other main station I use. No problems with my volt or the wife’s Impreza, but I hate to use 30cents off a gallon discounts on a car…
Our middle cat sits on the bath mat and stares at the glass the entire time I shower. She will sit there the whole time. When I turn the water off she walks pack and forth shaking her tail and basically wailing. She demands to be petted the instant I step out of the shower.
My sister in law works for the state of Ohio in Columbus and they use the parking lot for an old abandoned mall. Last year the building she works in had a bomb scare, and they got permission from the person to hat owns the property to wait inside the mall while the office building was searched. She said it was very…
Nothing worse than getting drips down the front of your pan.....I mean quarter panels.
I have the same issue with specific styles of nozzles in my 2006 Silverado. If I fully insert the nozzle it will shut-off. I can pull back a little and the change in angle fixes that, but I have to be careful because it will overfill if I’m not careful. I guess you could say it’s easier to fill if I give it just one…
Mine has very old windows that open inward and are split down the middle. I tested them when I moved in: you could wedge one side outward enough to open the latch. I quickly frosted them so you couldn’t see in and modified the latch to accept a padlock.
How do you shake it if one gets jammed against the glass when you press D-5? I’m guessing a wrecking ball would be frowned upon.
That’s one of the things I like when working on my truck; getting underneath without a jack. However, reaching anything in the middle or rear of the engine bay requires me to stand on a work platform.
That’s my biggest concern with these. What will it be worth if I sell it or trade it in just before the warranty runs out? It will probably drop pretty badly. That being said 40% depreciation on a car you really only payed $14k for to begin with isn’t too bad compared to paying $25-30k for an equivalently optioned…
I’m surprised they don’t just go full on drunk food and us Doritos for breading.
I want to buy it, but the wife tells me I need to wait two more years till we should be completely debt free before I buy a car.
We should start a support group. Hi, my name is Kiltedpadre and I actually like the Dakota convertible.
Good luck to you! If you win please make the little hippo statue a recurring ride-along partner on future Jason drives episodes.
Agreed, that looks like a very happy doggy!!
I think the question was why use such wide tires on the front. They make sense on the front; this car needs whatever help it can get to make traction off the line. Wide front tires are nothing but increased rolling resistance and extra mass slowing the car down.
I fell down the same wormhole wondering what else they were used for. There were a lot of things I never would’ve guessed.
Easier than flipping burgers definitely, but I wouldn’t be so sure in terms of better paying. If it’s an unarmed guard role he’s probably getting just barely over minimum wage.
The shipment was probably headed to a company that does fiberglass work. Glass marbles have been used as a starting point for fiberglass since the 1930's.
