It’s restricting consumers only to use the store that pays more. Which icon you double click changes, but that’s hardly “exclusive”. I mean, you could always exclude yourself, but that’s not the store’s fault

Consumers benefit from devs benefiting from having a greater share of revenue, just not directly. No consumer nor developer was harmed by epic publishing games in their store
