You already need a pretty large tv to notice the benefit of “4K” over some lower resolution (assuming you’re sitting at a regular TV watching distance). Please consider how big a tv would have to be so that four times more pixels is warranted.

Ok but consoles do not play games at “4k 60fps with Ultra” settings. All* in-game “graphics” modes are up to 1440p30 with medium-high settings, while performance mode usually aims for 1080p60 with low-medium settings.
