From my experience (not Harvard so much, but other elite private schools), those kids are usually able to get jobs as undergrad researchers or just working the desk at a library on campus or something, since there are more of those types of jobs and fewer students seeking them, you just don’t see kids working food…

I think UNC is worse, but also that the NCAA should met out punishment to achieve fairness rather than cosmic equity.
