There’s no conclusive evidence that asymmetrical is more ergonomic, and comfort is very much individual based. I have no trouble switching between them, and usually what affects strain on my hands is size rather than stick placement. It’s different for everyone.

Offset sticks is a silly, mostly made up preference.
