American imports restrictions only target whole cars, batteries, and the like. There’s ZERO indication from any of the major manufacturers that they’re moving suspension, motor, and etc parts production back to the US because of the tariffs.

Considering cars of a similar size/interior/options costs like $50k+ and will suffer more than $20k in depreciation in the same amount of miles/time... or even cheaper EVs with less features, size, and etc will suffer the same kind of depreciation...
