Posted already, BLS shows All Wages vs. non supervisor/ production labor. Both rising at near identical rates but your point was a good one.

I’m not much of an audiophile (believe it or not) so as long as the speakers aren’t tinny I’m fine, and that’s not really an issue in recent cars. I pretty exclusively use songs downloaded from spotify for my in car entertainment, and I completely agree, using google as my DJ is amazing (until it goes all HAL on me

Thanks! Great to hear some validation from someone in the industry.

That seems to be a running theme in my life. I’m not above admitting that I’ve tried changing CDs on the go before, and after that ~5 minute affair I deemed it not worth the risk.

Oh don’t worry, I keep the CDs in an 40 disc album and am more than capable of listening to the same 10 for a few hours at a time. Most of the appreciation happens on the initial opening, or when I was starting my car.

I hope I catch that update

Ah, you’ve forgotten Chrysler still exists.

That’s wild and I love that I was wrong (also sorry for what I said)

I live in a 1900 sq.ft. house with my wife and toddler. On more than one occasion people have made comments about how that’s a cute small size, or cozy or something like that – many who are either single or don’t even have any kids and live in much larger homes. We have some friends who are a married couple with no

Thanks for that info.  I suspected as much since my car only has PRND and S, which I suspect stands for Stupidly-aggressive.

Stop running so much shit in the background or turn on power saving mode that limits background tasks.

I’d agree, but the ones with pressure readouts have a five year life expectancy and are $75 each ($300 for full set). I’m sick of paying for them.  Just let me know when one of the tires is rotating too fast, and I can manually figure out the pressure.

Neutral:  I’m gonna flip this and say that adaptive cruise control in my new F-150 is amazing!  1 thing my truck does have that I find useless is the panoramic sunroof.  The only time I use it is when I park the truck and I use the pop up feature to allow the cabin to vent a bit.  Other than that, it and the sunshade

Blame NHTSA. The rule states there must be a way to downshift the car for safety reasons. If the trans controls only have PRND, then you need a programmed simulated downshift that can be actuated via a flappy paddle. Source : was a powertrain engineer for an OE manufacturer.

Neutral: Bought a 2018 Volt in December. Overall, the car is severely practical, and I use pretty much every feature it has (except CarPlay - I find it kind of annoying).

But on Sunday, an inauspicious milestone was achieved: The yield curve remained inverted for three months, or an entire quarter, which has for half a century been a clear signal that the economy is heading for recession in the next nine to 18 months

1st Gear: This could have honestly been it’s own article.

Dude, I would have to lean all over the passenger side to use it, also how do you pick a CD without staring at it to pick the good one.

Neutral: Hate to say it, but I open my car’s moonroof about once a season, and nearly all the time it’s spent closed I’ve also had the cover shut.
