Just another thing that the Simpsons predicted....
On the bright side, we now have a legitimate IIHS study stating, and proving, the obvious.
I’m just saying this because I have a weird unjustifiable liking towards these things. And given that she’s not looking for anything particularly exciting, just needs efficient and spacious transportation, why not? Wagons make everything cooler...even a Prius, right? -
I do browse Jalopnik when I’m waiting in the airport, but I don’t think there’s 7 hours of daily (or weekly) content on here. I'm totally OK with that. I need time to do other things.
I am not an expert, but according to this website, a boeing 737 achieves only 5mpg, only 12% less fuel than a concorde. This is only some part of the story, the 737 carries more people and more cargo. Another interesting note. In Boston, we have a puddle jumping airline called Cape Air, they just purchased all…
Supersonic jets are cool but I want less time in airports. I fly for work frequently to a place that is a 7 hour drive. After all the lines, searches, rental car stuff, etc, the flight only saves about 2 hours.
We do. There’s tons of transoceanic cables.

It’s mostly that they’re at the point where $400/mo isn’t a problem for them, hence feeling like a successful adult.
Not necessarily “have to”. If it’s cheaper to cosign and everybody is on board, why would you not cosign? Free money.
“It’s a good thing in this case. I work in logistics, and the driver-willing-to-work-for-nothing shortage is massive”
I wish I could beam this emphatically into the heart and soul of any <30 year old car shopping. Keep them from making the mistakes I did.
Buy what you need, not what you want. A little personal honesty can go a long way towards avoiding future problems.
Take someone who has your interest in getting a good deal with you. I’d suggest that person be someone who has made some mistakes in past deals and learned from them and made enough deals to be relaxed and comfortable during the process. Don’t take some high-strung newbie with you, no matter how “old” they are. Your…
