Agreed. The dialogue reminded me of Tarantino but was less annoying than Tarantino. It was just fun.

Agreed. It was a fun show with a great cast, plenty of action, decent writing, and cool FX eye candy. Everyone shitting on it because of how they thought it related to a 30 year old cartoon was a real shame. It was a great thing on its own. I loved the original, but I never fetishized it the way so many people seemed…
You should all check out The Avocado.
I have family and friends who’ve had very bad luck with VWs. Almost all of their problems have been with electric components, not the drive train. So what kind of maintenance were they supposed to be done on the electronics? Regular oil changes won’t prevent electric window motors from failing.
Same. A guy a work with has a 500e and loves it. He’s a big dude who looks more like the type to ride a Harley than an electric car too. He raves about how fun the 500e is to drive and how comfortable it is inside. It’s ironic.
Dealers not knowing how to answer questions about their cars is nothing new. Every time I’ve car shopped I’ve known more about the cars I was test driving than the salesman. And while Id did do plenty of research prior to shopping it wasn’t like I went crazy on the research, I just read basic stuff off of the…
I’m about half way through the new show and it’s pretty good. The cast is great. The special effects are great eye candy. There’s plenty of action. The music is fun. The characters are interesting. The writing is solid 9for the most part.) Not sure where the negativity is coming from.
Almost?
So does Spidey not age? Does he always have to be a kid? Can we have a grizzled old late career Spidey?
I like the interior, especially the back seat. That’s the best looking back seat I’ve seen in years. I’d pull it out and make a couch out of it.
I generally like the Marvel movies all right but Ragnorock is the only one I really loved. Anyway, I fell asleep during the last two Marvel movies I saw (Black Widow and Shang-Chi) so maybe ol’ Ridley has a point.
Too bad this isn't better. Alien invasion is a great premise that one could do a lot with. Why has it been done well so infrequently?
Agreed. And to add to your points. Benicio DelTorro is one of my favorite actors, so when I heard he was going to be in a Star Wars movie I was stoked. And then he’s just totally wasted in the film. They gave him nothing to do.
And you’re wrong.
I mean, it really wasn’t that horny.
My parents bought one of these new in ‘79. A couple weeks later my Mom and I were broken down on the side of the road. My Dad was so mad that a brand new car broke down that he vowed to never buy another foreign car and traded it in for a freaking Chevy Cavalier. So I learned how to drive on a manual Cavalier. That’s…
Whatever Diesel. Cut this shit out and make another Riddick movie already.
You could say that about any movie.
Q-Ball?
Yeah, it was worth it.
