Near state lines, as a general rule. The closer you get, the farther you are from the LEOs center of operations. It's a fringe dead-end where they just have to turn around and double back if they want to patrol it.

I live and work on 129. (photography) Trucks are allowed where this video was shot, which was TN side. They are restricted to 30' on the NC section of 129 from Deals Gap to Robbinsville, but it has NEVER been enforced that I am aware of. (Deals Gap proper is entirely in TN)

Punishment for driving around a blind turn in the wrong lane. Keep it up and "races" like this will be banned. Be sure and complain loudly when it happens too.

On Mac running Safari, video loaded the initial screen, then changed to "Video not available". Reloaded the page and it played normally.
