I don’t have any screenshots, but I’ve seen it happen. My team suddenly had 6 people on it for about the last 2/3 of a match. Couldn’t figure out why until I read this article. This is definitely a thing.

I agree with whoever stated the stewards definitely need a way to communicate to multiple drivers at the same time. Barring that, they should have told Lewis first so he would prepared for the overtake. F1/FIA stewardship has been ridiculously awful this year.
If you're on reddit, I recommend subscribing to the f150 lightning subreddit. Lots of good info there.
I have a reservation for the Lightning and I’ve contacted my dealer multiple times and I still haven’t even seen an options list with prices. I was told I’ll have to wait until 10/26 when the order books supposedly open up, which is insane. And I still haven’t gotten my dealer to put in writing that they won’t charge…
Thints are getting more complicated, though. For example, I have a reservation for an F150 Lightning and according to the dealer (and others) converting the reservation into an order will be done totally through Ford's website, with no need for an in person dealer visit. I still plan on going to the dealer to get the…
Ok, grandpa...let's get you to bed.
That doesn’t give you the right to do whatever the fuck you want. Being in a protected class just means you can’t be discriminated against based solely on your religion for things like hiring, firing, etc. Doesn’t mean whatever whacky religion someone chooses is a get-out-of-jail-free card for any laws and regulations…
It sounds like you haven’t had to order a tow truck often, or if you have then you must live somewhere with atypically fast service. I don’t think I’ve ever ordered a tow truck and had one show up in any less than 40 minutes, and that includes when I was broke down on the highway.
I'm the farthest thing from a Tesla/Elon fan of, but that last paragraph was insanely hyperbolic and vitriolic. Totally uncalled for, and I wasn't surprised when I saw Erik's name at the end of this awful shitpost.
I hope this tech is used on the next Forza Motorsport, as well. It needs it.
I would go as far as to say that engineers always use the word nominally to mean that. At the risk of sounding like a jerk listing bona fides, I’m a practicing degreed mechanical engineer for the last 19 years and I have never heard another engineer (mechanical, electrical, chemical or otherwise) use the other meaning…
I should have known better than to click on this obviously click-bait bullshit headline. Yes, the video was kind of awkward but what do you expect? The head of Dodge has to walk a tightrope when trying to embrace EVs for a brand who’s fans are die hard “no replacement for diaplacement” folks. I really don’t understand…
I would definitely pay for a streaming service comparable to what F1 has. And while we’re complaining about NBC let’s not forget their announcers' constant chatting about everything other than the race as well as the laughably bad telemetry display (that they only use once in a blue moon).
Agreed. I would probably pay for a reasonably priced commercial free indycar streaming service such as what F1 has.
I think private companies going into space is both inevitable and needed. However, there needs to be strict regulation including a requirement that space junk is de-orbited quickly and safely. Too much debris up there already, and it's only going to get a lot worse with tourism and projects like Starlink.
I saw a video that addressed this recently. That is the problem with JIT production if you follow it absolutely strictly without proper buffers for critical parts.
The right PPE for the right job. As others pointed out, there’s no significant risk of falling objects. Wearing the wrong/too much PPE can make things worse due to fatigue, limited sight or mobility, etc.
Ad hominem attack is not a legitimate form of debate. It's telling that you don't address any of the completely valid points Jason made in his piece.
No one was suggesting a China-esque forced sterilization policy (though I would be all for it - I know, that makes me Hitler!).
Indeed, and I like the smaller screen better. I just hope that I can turn my reservation into an actual truck without my dealer screwing me with a markup.
