Technically HAL owns Earth Bound, which is one of weird 2nd party cases. You know how Nintendo had to buy part of the rights to diddy kong when their stake in Rare was sold off.

These weren’t minor frame drops in pokemon sun and moon. Any time there were then 2 pokemon screen the game losed frames. It just made the SOS system more annoying and this is why I skipped Ultra.

Looking at the founding of the play station and how Nintendo tried to screw over Sony. I think Sony gets it.  Nintendo tried to sue to stop the playstation from happening

Ultra Sun and Moon were the announced as the last pokemon games for 3ds. To me the 3DS was outdated in 2016 when Pokemon Sun and Moon had terrible frame drops on the New 3ds and the Dragon Quest7 remake had issues with frame drops towards the end of the game.

I cant wait for 3ds support to die then all development goes to the switch
