That’s my take, too. A Skrull wouldn’t have continued faking a disability when he was about to drown under the destroyed Avengers HQ.

There are actual problems with this show. There are actual things that a skilled critic could address. There are actual plot issues, pace issues, dialogue issues, theme issues.
Which makes it all the more infuriating when Barsanti ignores them to make complaints that demonstrate his complete lack of media literacy:
Doesn’t matter. Since he bought out all the shares & took it off the public exchange, he can flush the company’s value down the toilet if he wants to & face no consequences. Even if his Saudi lenders come asking for their money back, he could pay them out of his personal wealth & never miss it.
We still call them tweets, & we still call the site Twitter, because screw him.
I don’t like the unethical misuse of AI either, but repeatedly docking points for the same complaint is also unethical. Barsanti has always been the worst writer on this site; “continuing his tradition” is a TERRIBLE idea.
When people tell you they’re feeding you a nano tracker, believe them.
His grade is actually a C+. He’s just artificially tanking the score over the opening credits controversy.
No, Barsanti’s actually right about AI. He’s just wrong (& IMO unethical) to keep docking the scores over it.
The cinnamon roll was meh (too much icing), but the muffin & fritter were delightful.
“I ain’t chicken.”
So noted, thanks for the heads-up.
I would love an electric car, but I can’t afford the entry price, I hate touchscreens, & the owner of the biggest manufacturer in the market turned out to be a fraud & a psychopath.
I don’t even use a smartphone, just a flip, so all it can get from me is location.
My friends with kids who went to see Elemental all keep coming back saying it’s significantly better (& drastically different) than the trailers made it look. Whoever ran marketing for this film should be out of a job.
Either you didn’t understand the article, or you’re just playing dumb to troll.
There’s only 2 options, the other of whom is Jodie Sweetin. This is NOT an ambiguous situation.
If the work is still available to watch, then the person can direct people to that if they can’t get a clip. If they can’t get a clip AND the work gets pulled, then they’re SOL.
...If the producing studio is willing to provide said clips. Back in May when the big D+/Hulu content purge happened, creatives talked about their struggles getting clips of their streaming work from Disney.
The actors in those commercials often get clips they can use in sizzle reels.
I’ve been asked to bring examples of my work to job interviews before.
