LOL, the 4Runner is basically one of the very few SUV’s that isn’t a crossover, it’s body on frame like a truck.
Hey man, that’s a LIMITED 4Runner! But seriously, I have one and it’s a pretty sweet ride, chances are I’d behave similarly if mine was stolen.
I can only speak to my personal experience, but when I had my car stolen in Portland OR a few years ago the cops told me to my face that they weren’t really going to arrest anyone over it even if they were caught red-handed due to an obnoxious loophole in the law that was only closed TODAY.
