How could it possibly be construed as self defense. The notion that a dozen or so inbred natives in loin clothes have any inkling of what germs are is ridiculous. You can’t claim self defense if you had no idea you were in danger in the first place.

Me and if I don’t keep my high fiber/coffee diet going it can go 3x every two weeks. I’ve tried all the cleanse things, removing things from my diet and the only thing that keeps me constant is high fiber, coffee and high cardio exercise. I take those things out and things slow down.  I’ve never been a huge eater…
