It clearly states those dates that you cited, but it also explains the similarities as well as a curve-ball regarding release dates. Pongo Pongo was indeed first. But didn’t share as much mechanically as the following three. Circle Pong shows an earlier release date, but has presumably been a different game

Except in the case of Zampella and his close teammates/friends, the dirty laundry was out for everyone to see. In THIS case, none of us know shit. Just because it happened to Vince, doesn’t mean it’s happening here. Not to mention that Konami is an entirely separate company than EA. Your comment doesn’t hold water...

Uch. Terrible. I’m sure LOTS of folks thought of a similar circular paddleball game... but this poor guy submitted a nearly identical version of it to the publisher who clearly stole it from him. Crooks. Benedict Arnolds.

Haha. Zing!

Patricia. All this coverage and hype that you’ve put into these games has finally started making me want to actually play them. They looked like SUCH crap, but people all seem to love the series. I mean, Twin Peaks seems stupid for the first few minuted, until it has you wrapped around it’s finger like a crack addict.

Hahaha. I always loved the first 2.

True, but it took years for him to get to the level of recognition that he has risen to. They’re initial batch of arcade and NES releases were all excellent IPs. He had plenty of well deserved time in the spotlight, but maybe Konami wants to be more balanced now. He certainly helps sales of the games he works on, but

Thanks. I guess I did play and beat it. Honestly didn’t recall that title.

Wait! Why don’t I recall that Quest For Glory?!?!?!?! I’m pretty sure I played and beat each one in my teens. Which number was Shadow Of Darkness?

I can see why you said what you said. But you are wrong. I LOVE Metal Gear. To be more prescise, I love Kojima’s Metal Gear. All I’m saying, and not jumping to any conclusions, is that NONE OF US know why this happened. Nor do we know what happened behind closed doors. It’s just fundamentally more likely that one man

No no. I’m just revealing a far more realistic possibility. I clearly stated that I could be wrong. But it seems far more plausible that one man would be the party who was the problem, over an entire corporation of long time successful business professionals. Compared to all the comments about how Konami is wrong,

My pants just got a little tighter for one of those very same REASONS.

That’s a great point. I remember well. I think that Konami gives these folks a ton of creative freedoms, and it can sometimes come back to bite them in the butt. I’m also not ignorant to the possibility that it IS Konami. I just don’t think any one of us should jump to conclusions. I’m assuming some of these game

Hold on a second. Why does everyone think that Kojima basically WAS Konami? Indeed Metal Gear is huge, and his games are great... But there was a Konami long before Kojima, and it has a history of excellence.

That’s what I needed to know. I was only looking at the popups.

That’s exactly what I thought, but didn’t wanna say something and look stupid if I was wrong. Also, where did it say 70? I only saw it max out at 16. Is there some other “Level” I should be looking for on the screen besides the one that shows up over his characters head?

Where do I find this Llorothaag you speak of? I have a bone to pick with her spidey ass.

Well. THAT just happened. Hahaha. Is it weird that I watched the entire thing?

MTG huh? You in NJ?

Yeah but being high when you play Katamari doesn’t make you any less homosexual. I’ll hang out at my “nerd” parties, and you can stick to your sausage-fest thank you.
