As pessimistic as I can get we’re really in a pretty decent situation. The only problem is that protest won’t be enough to stop somebody that believes the apocalypse is nigh and we must blah-blah-war with China-blah-blah-nuclear-holocaust-blah-blah.

So one of my friends actually said:
