No more spending a minute loading into one faction hub, gathering missions, and then loading another minute into another faction hub. Screw that.

I recently completed my first Destiny 2 raid and it just happened to be Scourge of the Past. As someone who hasn’t raided (successfully) since Destiny 1, it was pretty fun and a good place to jump in.

100% Star Wars Squadrons in VR.

That ending felt very underwhelming after the teased mysteries and build up that went into it. I like that game but “flawed” is an apt description.

I picked the game up because I was looking for something new and I’m a big MCU nerd. I’ve enjoyed it so far.

I am head over heels in love with Squadrons. It is just about everything I have ever dreamed of for gaming over the past 20 years. I literally haven’t been this excited for any game for half a decade or more. Playing this game in VR is a roller coaster and I’m completely hooked.

Perhaps it’s just the framing here, but yeah, this isn’t exactly convincing me the students are in the right.

Thanks, I hate it.

Destiny is the one massive game install that I look at and go “Yeah, that makes sense”.

This is a really cool novelty and I’ve been geeking out on this today. Fun use for a 3D printer.

Not so much in Destiny. They’re deliberately held separate because:

I had a lot of hang ups with this game early on and even still, there’s some rough edges for sure. But man, once you find a hero you really enjoy (for me it’s Iron Man), the game can be quite fun.

While brief, this was just a great quest line.

I’m hoping this isn’t just me being cynical, but what I’m extracting from all this is:

I think when you find a character you enjoy using (I’m partial to Iron Man, Thor, and Black Widow so far), the game can indeed be fun.

I’ve been playing this since late last week and I’m still not sure how I feel about it. Definitely conflicted.

Sounds like they’re preying on FOMO and it’s a shitty look for them.

Bungie didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment about if or when elements like Aspects and Fragments will be applied to Destiny 2’s existing subclasses

Yeah, I haven’t really raided since The Leviathan. After being on 10 raid teams that were unable to beat The Baths, I stopped.
