Genre is mostly bullshit.

Wow. Swing and a miss.

I read the first few paragraphs before it seemed to be abundantly clear that you have an axe to grind with this type of game and should not be the one reviewing it.  I stopped reading there.

Agreed, still gay as hell.

Seriously. I know what quote she’s referring to and I’m not here to argue against its validity.

That’s my understanding as well. And when you’re watching them, it seems quite true - most of the episodes are black subtitle screens and sketches. It 100% looks like a show that HAD to do two more episodes with zero budget.

Oh. My. God.

I too was holding out to watch that one until they completed it, and at this point, I’m honestly wondering if they ever will. Seems like they lost all their momentum.

I had seen the whole series before and remembered that the last two episodes were super terrible and should be avoided. But I went and watched them anyway just to remind myself how bad they were.

While I can appreciate and respect Hollow Knight, it’s something I can only play in small doses. The game just didn’t get its hooks into me the way it has for many others.

I put the game down right around the time the Engineers stuff launched. Played a ton of it, was very impressed with how the game seems designed with VR in mind, but I had my fill. The rough edges and lack of meaningful narrative had me feeling like it was time to move on.

Whoa whoa whoa, let’s quantify that.

Sounds like there are some good recommendations in the replies to my comment

How comfortably do they sit while wearing glasses?

I didn’t see the original Blade Runner until 2049 was already out on video. It was one of my geek sins, to get this far in life without ever having watched it.

Blade Runner 2049 > Blade Runner

Let me know when they hit up Macross.  I’ll be on those Skull One sneaks in a heartbeat.

Shit, I’m just glad to see so much emphasis on co-op this year. Seems like for a while there developers couldn’t be bothered to even muster up a single player campaign, let alone a co-op one. This is a welcome change in that regard.

Your ridiculous comment reminds me of a classic sales joke. While not directly applicable, it’s equally disengaged from the reality of the situation.

FWIW, as a guy, I don’t really want to hug anybody, personally. I’m team handshake, 100%. But a lot of girls seem to go in for the hug, and I’m not going to tell them no, even if it’s not my thing or gives the impression of sexist behavior (as you indicate here).
