I tried getting into it when it was relatively new. Just wasn’t my cup of tea. I’m much more of a sci-fi than a fantasy person is all.

So just to be clear, based on what the article states, your stance is that Android is better and one of the reasons is because they just did what Apple did 2 years ago?
I really liked the core gameplay of Anthem. The flying aspects really did bring something relatively new to the genre (or at least something I haven’t seen executed so well outside of Macross games).
One theory (of many) is that EA is just prolonging the inevitable long enough to avoid a massive refund scenario. Basically starving the game and it’s player base (while appearing to keep it alive) until it can end with a whimper instead of a bang.
So this is random, but semi-topical. My buddy and I were looking for a new game you could play cooperatively, and somehow he landed on Conan: Exiles.

To be clear, I like Hollow Knight and its look, but can also see it’s part of a larger trend that is quickly wearing out its welcome in my opinion.
