You must be new to Kotaku. Welcome! These guys get paid to write articles, but I think you are mistaken if you think they’ve got some kind of side deal with the publisher to promote their content in this manner.

It’s running ok on medium-high settings on my wife’s HP Omen with an 860m, I’d imagine that the 680m would match or outperform the 860m. Did you get the latest game ready driver installed?
I agree with you on all points. What card do you have that gives 2% cash back on all purchases? That sounds awesome!
What is a user on Vista supposed to do (besides toss it out the window, obviously)? Vista still has “support” until 11/17, but can only upgrade to IE 9. Seems kinda silly to support the OS, but not the default web browser. Is Microsoft giving up on them? Should they be recommending Chrome or Firefox?
I only saw one gamer. Could he not get 6 other people to come play with him?
Yes, they may be loaded with pellets or slugs, but what about EXPLODING SWORDS!?!?!?
No, and no. Very little shaky cam, and the lighting was fantastic!
I keep going back to Strong myself. I gave him the Grognak’s Ax that I found in the comic book store. Now he can OHKO any basic enemy and chop limbs off everything else.
Shhhh... this is Gawker, they don’t get a commission from Target.

Has anybody seen a good Chromebook deal with a 13” screen. I almost picked up an 11” at BestBuy but it is too small for my mother. Any deals out there?

Some people may have greater needs than you. Higher internet speeds, increasing number of devices, and increasing congestion on the 2.4 GHZ band makes the newer AC routers really nice and in my opinion with the extra price.

I agree with all of these, but my biggest gripe is with inventory management, especially the apparel menu. Trying to figure what is and isn’t equipped is difficult. Sorting by type such as left arm, right arm, etc would be very nice and much easier to compare.
They prefer Amazon because when we purchase items with their links on Amazon Gawker gets a cut. Links to Newegg or BestBuy don’t make Gawker any money.

The deal is for 2 yr agreements or doing any of the leasing option, e.g. ATT NEXT or Sprint Easy Pay. Just not if you purchase the phone at full price.

Best thing I’ve ever done for grilled cheese is sprinkling a bit of garlic salt on the bread on the toasted side. Works wonders.
I know most stores with physical copies ( I know Gamestop and Best Buy for sure) were taking refunds outside of regular return policy at WB’s request. Couldn’t hurt to try.
I’m in the same boat. I upgraded to a 980 and sold my 970 because the game I was planning to buy helped offset the cost difference. Not too happy about getting a broken game.
I received the game when I bought my GTX 980 graphics card as a free bonus. The free game was highly influential in my purchase decision, as I was already planning on buying AK anyway (before I found out the release was broken). Anybody know if I have any recourse or if Nvidia is offering an alternative game?
Interesting that you bring up Gameworks. With the last 2 games I played with Gameworks (Witcher 3 and Arkham Knight), I had to turn the feature off to get playable frame rates; that’s with a GTX 970 with a decent OC.
How is it any more nonsensical than yours? Here, Gawker has 2 revenue streams: Ads on the articles, and commissions from Amazon sales. Your suggestion is to give us a cut of 1 revenue stream because we already participate in another.
