Right. That's the thing about the show. When his "son" gave him the thumbs up and Dougie reacted, I don't think it meant anything other than to put a smile on the fans' faces.

Is anyone else starting to doubt we will ever see the actual Agent Dale Cooper again?

I never understood this narrative. WWE is never upset when a character gets over.

Oh, quite the opposite. My point was that "OMG, Boobies!" is not necessary in 2017 to drive stories forward.

Didn't it say 1973 for his birthday when his prints weren't run?

Having not seen the next two episodes, I will start to get a little upset if good Dale is stuck in the Black Lodge for a bulk of the season.

Yeah, not surprised by that. This is clearly going to polarize people but I think you have to remember what this show is. It's not going to be for everyone.

Cooper's evil doppelganger is controlled by BOB, but due to the passing of the actor who portrayed him, it looks like he's essentially going to be the vessel for BOB this season as a way of getting around that, hence the tan and haircut.

Yeah, it's not quite like the first season, but it is grittier, darker and so far more focused than the second season was.

Yeah, but this current run is pretty much building on the second season, specifically the Black Lodge and BOB's evil ways.

I can kind of understand that, but at the same time I can't. Not everyone binges every show in days. Most of my binges are because I've been sitting on a show for so long and need to catch up.

I doubt it will have much importance other than to ease into the fact that Lynch is creepy and wants to oversexualize the female characters now that Twin Peaks is on Showtime.

I didn't have a problem with it. I think it really sold how important she is to this world.

I don't think you have to watch the first 2 seasons (if you have around 30 hours to spare, by all means do it) to understand and/or enjoy this current one.

It was pretty good. I expected a bit more, but I definitely wasn't let down.

He's great on his show Star Talk, and I'm not even a big science fan. I think it would be refreshing and different to see someone with a legitimate background but who is also a big fan of Star Trek and the genre anchoring the show.

I think Neil DeGrasse Tyson would be the perfect host for Talking Trek.

Interesting psychological take, but I disagree.

That was different from their strategy in 2016 how?

96% of Trump voters said they would vote for him again. That's all that matters. All he needs to do is win over a few million more or so, which is entirely possible if unemployment continues to go down and there isn't a woman on the ticket opposite him.
