the final generation Monte Carlo SS was actually a quick, FWD cruiser rather than the one you showed in the photo, which was the 3.8 V6 version.

They'd be insane to kill this car off, considering it's one of the world's greatest cars, at any price point. with that said, Honda and Toyota have in the past killed off their own world beaters for one reason or another, so I wouldn't be surprised if it happened. especially in this economy.
