I swear, he said that the bylaw was that he gets to choose who carries out the mayhem and that he was asking that they let his own club do it. I keep seeing in the comments people speculating about it, so maybe I just misheard. I don't think so, though.

When he mentioned it. He said something along the lines of "But there's an unwritten bylaw that I'd like you guys to uphold. It says that the subject of the mayhem gets to choose who carries it out. I want it to be my own club." Then they all nod and the lead one says "Yeah, alright. I'll make sure the vote is

Mayhem means that they kill the person (they've already done it on the series like 3 times. And they clearly said that the unwritten bylaw is that Jax can have his club carry out the execution. I didn't see how that was the least bit unclear.

I think probably the biggest problem with the show is in the intro, when the narrator of the week says that they've been under the dome for two weeks. TWO WEEKS. People are acting like psychopaths and fending off deadly peril every day for two weeks. If they had been under the dome for a year or at least a few months,

I basically just hate-watch this stupid show in short doses while I have my morning coffee, but I honestly felt like the two episodes before this were coming somewhat close to watchable, or maybe even only mildly terrible. Then this shitstorm comes along. If only we could build a giant windmill in hurricane force

Love this show and also really love DennisPerkins as a reviewer, but with each review of the show so far I've said to myself at the end "So, you gave it an A, then?"

Hah, yeah, I watched this on DVR today. When I finished it, my TV was tuned to FX, and it was playing that episode of Sunny. Mind was blown.

They were navy blue, like something you'd see a janitor wearing. It was the same style and brand as the orange ones, though, complete with the bar-code on back.

Yeah, I remember that. Slipknot was big my junior / senior year (almost exclusively with junior high kids and freshmen), and we started seeing white kids with dreadlocks (or some imitation of them) in orange or blue jumpsuits with big bar-codes on the back. It looked damned silly.

Love that someone with a Grimace avatar chimed in on an article that makes a Hamburgler reference.

Ahh. I see, now; thanks. I wonder if that had anything to do with HBO's decision to only order 5 episodes for this season.
I've only seen the first season of Treme, but I absolutely loved it. I'm looking forward to catching up now that it's on Amazon Prime (it was one of the last shows I saw before ditching cable 4

And Louis, which has been seriously dark and often laughless (and absolutely brilliant) for most of this season.

Man…so many things to say…
1) This season of Louie could easily qualify as a drama
2) Tyrion is pretty much the main character of Game of Thrones, if there is one, so Dinklage could just have easily been nominated for Best Lead Actor.
3) Did House of Cards really get two different nominations? Kevin Spacey chews scenery

#4 - I hate the "science teacher who knows all things science and is the only one who could possibly know really common shit" trope. Last season, they left that mostly to Joe, the slightly less annoying "cool-looking kid who is in no way convincing as a nerd but we'll say he is so he can give vaguely sciencey

This show has become my guilty-pleasure trash TV of the summer, along with Tyrant. With both, I find myself at once constantly saying "Seriously? What the hell? This is retarded!" out loud while watching, yet captivated and eagerly awaiting the next episode.

1983 kid: I was trying to think of what was the really big, important album of my junior year. I was thinking Slim Shady LP, Californication, or Enema of the State. I looked them up and they were all three actually right before my junior year, but I'd still count them, since the height of their singles' popularity

I'm younger than you, but this was my trajectory, too. Really loved Blue and thought it was best, over the years came to love Pinkerton way more. I hated Green, but for me Maladroit was the last decent one. There are several good (not great) tracks on there.

Born in 1983, 31 years old, absolutely love Pinkerton and the Blue Album, like Maladroit a lot, enjoy about 1-2 tracks each from most of their other albums (I hated "Beverly Hills" - the song but especially the video - so much that I never even listened to the rest of the album). My thought about the junior year

Totally agreed. I've loved this show from day 1, but I've always been frustrated with Keira's utter blindness to how totally wrong her future is. It sometimes felt like they had to make Liber8 really, really bad in order to force viewers into rooting for the fascist. I was really happy to see her finally come around

I see your point of view. I can see how it would be frustrating. It's just that…if the show has really big, glaring weaknesses (like the three main characters all being terribly written cliches, which they are), then how is a reviewer supposed to be positive about it? Should he just say "Well, let's ignore how
