You shouldn’t speak so definitively about something you clearly know so little about. Only specific Kia models and trims from specific years are among those with the theft problem, and even among those cars that are being stolen, there are widely publicized fixes for it. Stop fearmongering from a place of ignorance.

I actually think that “worry free” repair plan is a good deal considering the cost of unexpected repairs these days. It is not hard at all imagining a furnace or water heater repair exceeding $600 and having to come up with that whole sum without budgeting for it or having to put it on a credit card at the last

Sabine was a teenager in Rebels. Teenagers act like kids because...they are? Same goes for Ahsoka in Clone Wars. Kids = kids. Middle-aged adults aren’t typically dropping playful quips every 5 minutes in life-and-death situations. Their transition into boring, stoic adults is fairly normal.

The other thing, and this is always true but I think even more so now, consider the more “budget” car manufacturers.

As @idiggory says below, “Dawson is going deep into some kind of patient mysticism that just doesn’t feel like the character to me.” I agree and would add that I’ve been immeasurably disappointed by the live action show so far.

Highly recommend these erasable Pilot FriXion markers for mindmaps. I had no idea erasable pen “technology” had advanced to this point, but these are fantastic!

Opinions differ is true. What’s your maximum movie length threshold? Like, how long is too long for you even if a movie is excellent? 3.5 hours? 4 hours?

He said she said someone told her that a mutual friend of her cousin’s sister’s best friend from culinary school...

What’s funny is that the slightly older geezers like me (50) kept telling the younger folks that there’s no such thing as a new economy or a new way of looking at employment. Not really. In the end, money rules all. Corporate interests trump all.

Maybe he actually, you know, likes going to work? I think he’s allowed.

Something tells me Mr. De Niro isn’t going to be swayed one way or the other by this blog post.

Try as they might, they will never be able to wash Mr. Big’s blood off their hands.”

Nope. The reason they’re failing is because stationary exercise bikes are the most boring and ineffective way to achieve and maintain fitness...”

Hello from the gray!!!!

Lots of common sense being missed here and typical kneejerk reactions. Many municipalities either fully or partially fund charging stations in their areas. They do not however fund gas stations. So that outlay of taxpayer funding to build those charging stations and in some cases the free energy they provide should be

The animation is definitely different, especially evident in the backgrounds. In the first movie, the slower frame rate gave the entire film a unique, distinct look. The frame rate set the film apart, but particularly in the background cityscape of this one the frame rate looks too clean, too smooth, just like so many

I’ve been on the market for a projector to use for movie nights, but yeah, the price here is the big problem. There are 10,000 projectors on the market now of varying form, functionality and value ranging from <$100 to >$3,000. This one had better be the second coming to justify its exorbitant price, and it does not

It’s just not that easy to replace or upgrade something like Earth Day in the collective consciousness, just like it hasn’t been easy to replace other popular phenomenon (James Cameron’s Avatar franchise, Facebook and Twitter, numerous other examples come to mind).

I wouldn’t be surprised if U.S. work culture embraces it again, slowly, as Gen-Zers and Millennials work their way into leadership positions over the next decade or two.”
