You’re delusional. Why do you suppose Apple’s stock is stagnating? Do you think it’s purely because of things out of their control? Has nothing to do with their products at all?

Bullshit. Everything I said is absolutely relevant. Anyone can make a crappy car that doesn’t sell. The question is, can Apple make a good car that sells well. Apple stock has stagnated for 2 straight years because of concerns over their ability to execute on new developments.
The difference between Tesla and both Amazon and Apple: CAPEX. Tesla needs to dilute shares and borrow to pay their bills.
Because post-Jobs Apple has had a hard time executing on NEW ideas. iPhone, Mac and iPad sales are all on steady declines. The watch isn’t setting the world on fire. They gave up on their streaming service. They dropped Aperture, which was their pro photos tool for photographers. Today’s Apple has to clean up their…
The difference is that one company is losing money and the other is advancing its electric car business while still turning a profit.
They absolutely don’t have enough money to do it now, but perhaps if Tesla keeps losing money for a few more quarters. Then maybe.
Amazon and Apple are two of literally tens of thousands of companies in America. Thousands of businesses go out of business every year. It’s very easy to say, “just like Apple and Amazon,” but it’s statistically MORE likely than not that Tesla will ever match Amazon or Apple’s success.
Yeah, but lots of companies tried things that had never been done before and are now out of business. Losing money is losing money. It’s never a promising sign.
I assume you’re just trolling, but it also depends on how you define “voting your conscience.” If one cares about personal freedoms, civil rights and who gets a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court, then voting your conscience also means voting for pragmatism.
I think you’re right... I’m also using a numeral in my name, which clearly reveals my anti-alphabet bias. ;)
Please... Sometimes this 24-hour social media culture gets old. Person can’t even wave anymore without someone calling them a Nazi.
When it comes to the nation’s food supply, there are ALL KINDS of bizarre laws and rules. Part of the rationale behind many of them was to protect the local food industry and prevent America from becoming heavily reliant on other countries to provide certain food staples like wheat and corn, which is/was seen as a…
Right, if armchair investigators were so reliable, we would try people in the court of public opinion instead of, you know, actual courts.
Please, go f*ck yourself. Just because I won’t take the word of some random cabal of Musk apologists on some forum, you resort to using the “troll” moniker? It’s what your ilk ALWAYS does when you hear something that doesn’t line up with your preconceived notions.
“We don’t have the final word though so we use the evidence available to fabricate a story that lines up with what we would like to think happened.”
Right, but what a group of random people say about the incident, or any incident for that matter, on a forum doesn’t amount to a hill of beans. What matters are the company’s claims, the driver’s claims, any eyewitness claims, and the findings of the actual insurance and law enforcement investigators.
I know, and I agree.
To be fair, Tesla’s excuse for EVERYTHING, though, is to blame someone else, whether it’s a car critic doing a review, a model X owner complaining about faulty doors, or a driver complaining about Autopilot. Tesla always blames someone else, so it’s hard to figure out what the truth is a lot of the time.
The problem is that Tesla has tried to market it as more than it is. They called it Autopilot for a reason, because it implies auto(matic) piloting, so they hoped to sell more cars because of what they’ve promoted as a revolutionary feature on the way to autonomous driving, when it actually appears to be an unreliable…
“What that means in practice is that it actually requires more driver attention...”
