It's so hard to get prosecutors to ho after rapists. I mean damn you have testimony from 3 different victims! They have witnesses but the witnesses didn't provide enough info. That is some BS right there. That is how rapists go free all the time. This guy will continue to walk around free even if he raped these women.…

Truly these dudes need to get a life. I watched Champions on Netflix yesterday. Didn't like it. I'm going to go harass Mindy Kaling (naturally, she's the woman involved) forever. 

Witness or recordings sometimes exist but are not always nessesary. The victim can be believed over her rapist.

It is desperately needed. This just keeps getting worse. The same guys are being investigated for another rape and there is a restraining order preventing them from going near the victim while the investigation goes on. Serial rapists left alone to rape another day.

Maybe though this can help people in the public eye who are afraid for their career to feel comfortable talking about their experiences because they will be supported?

This is not a case of retrial, it’s a case of a retrial for the purpose of a lesser conviction and sentence simply because the victim consumed alcohol voluntarily. The 3(!) year sentence given was that long (that is long 😤) because when applying aggravating circumstances in Italy the court can give a longer sentence.…
