In the comic book, Butcher is very despicable (more towards the end of the run) so it is fitting that he is not much different in the TV show.

Toby Kebbell, who I am a fan of, was Dr. Doom. It was an intriguing take (the focus on the body horror), but the second half was a mess.

This is SO much better, especially since she is practically dead anyway and Thanos has just arrived. She has to sacrifice herself there - Hawkeye is too far away to sacrifice himself.

Regina King should do the voice of Baby Yoda if s/he talks.

I’m not familiar with Cyborg (unless you meant superhero movies in general including DC)

I agree in general, but he had specific problems with black people (and black women more specifically). His therapist he was mad at was black, the woman on the bus, even the clerk at Arkham.

No, it is what it feels like when you are an American who doesn’t know anything about Yoruba people from Nigeria (like the author).

My 9-year old son and I were quite disappointed there were no spoiler-y Legos. We were both hoping to see the War Machine Hulkbuster.

As he himself mentioned, the last time he trusted someone he lost an eye. Unfortunately for him, he trusted a cat (actually a flerkin). And Talos did warn him.

I heard that the cancellation of Luke Cage was due to “creative differences,” like making the season 10 episodes instead of 13. I feel this may be a case where Coker didn’t want to compromise in a way Netflix/Marvel wanted him to and they pulled the plug.

I’m happy to see Joanne Whalley and Annabella Sciorra in the trailer. Seems like the Marvel Netflix shows are where older female actresses can finally get good work.

I had rough day today, thank you for posting this.

My son, who is 8, doesn’t believe any of them dead. In his words, “They just disappeared into dust.” (He knows Gamora and Vision are dead).

I’ve heard they represent South African kids (like the ones who protested Apartheid during ‘80s)

I don’t need to see any scenes with Janet. She is on the poster that is enough for me. I’ll see her when I see the movie.

I meant an MCU movie.

Remember, she thinks T’Challa is dead (and rightfully so).

Yes, because there are some of us who have been waiting (17 movies to date) for a Marvel movie with a black lead.

Two interesting Black Panther 2 concepts I’ve heard: Namor or Kraven.

Puberty has already hit that kid (but his voice is still great)
