Unfusing, Garnet? You don't pull that on a baby without object permanence.

I'm still holding out hope that "Tiger Philanthropist" will be a Bismuth episode.
I'm really glad that moment's over and done with. I've seen so many depressing and out-of-character takes on it over the past year and a half, and the show brings it up for a grand total of ten seconds and Pearl immediately talks herself out of it.
Well, it seems a little bit semantic. IIRC, the network put out a release saying the final show will consist of "142 half-hours of content", which would seem to indicate there are only around forty 11-minute episodes left. I guess they're doing something like SU and cutting the season in half to more readily sell it…
Which, of course, means "I am in great pain. Help me." Pretty fitting here, if you ask me.
By the way, I really liked this review, Eric.
Absolutely not. The show's great from the very beginning, but some people need drama and adventure, and it takes a little while to show up.
It's always nice to hang out with the gems, but they didn't really have any relevance to the overarching plot. I get that they're supposed to fill out the ranks of the Thanksgiving dinner and represent a (literally) alien other to bring out Andy's discomfort, but it's still unsatisfying. All of the funny Gem moments…
I am maybe a little bit oversaturated with takes about the misunderstood white working class right now. That's the problem with animation: when you write an episode like this, with this kind of message, you have absolutely no idea what'll be happening a year and a half hence.
Anyone else feel like they were trying to reference Omar's fall and impromptu surgery in the Wire S5 with that sequence?
If it was intended as a criticism of how gun control works, I'm kinda uncomfortable with it. The show plays fast-and-loose with how cops and the legal system work because it's a trope-heavy action-sitcom, and it would be a little shitty of them to take a part of the show that's deliberately unrealistic and then try to…
I think it was even blood orange.
They hired Paul F. Tompkins for less than thirty seconds of screentime. Never underestimate this show's commitment to using big guest stars in small roles.
So, Jake and Holt steal civilian assets (and a phone, no less) for the sake of protecting their identities, and then decide to leak the video anyway? Let the woman have her views, dudes.
You forgot the moon landing. (Admittedly, he's pretty close: it was June 20th.)
One of the more compelling bits of evidence against that is that Eyeball seems to identify Rose most strongly with her sword— but as we saw in Bismuth, Rose's sword isn't capable of shattering Gems.
I'm watching Farscape on Hulu right now, and the first sentence of your comment made me very concerned it was about to be taken down.
I think I'll be fine.
I guess my current obsession as far as unresolved plot threads go are Peridot's limb enhancers. Amethyst needs to open up about what she did, and Peridot needs to make it a little more clear how much they mean to her. Then they can infiltrate Homeworld together and steal a new pair!
No, there isn't. No further episodes have been scheduled as far as I know.
