It amazes me how cavalierly people cut off 18-wheelers in traffic.  Even if I’m 100 yards ahead of them I’m still weary of cutting over, but just with inches to spare ... it’s insane.

When you’ve been sitting in the same position for hours, and then get up

What’s a “deadass”?

Said the driver of the Mercedes during the ride, “OHFUCKOHFUCKOHFUCKOHFUCKOHFUCKOHFUCKOHFUCK....”

But we do know that. It’s because he’s planning to get drunk. He says basically that right here:

No one is interested in a company who has routinely missed manufacture deadlines, has terrible build quality, poor reliability, cars literally fall apart in the rain, has reportedly bad working conditions and is run by someone who calls a hero who risked his life to save children a pedophile? I’m shocked I tell you,

Time to culture yourself friend. This isn’t US limited.

They should just smooth over the front end, the faux divots and texture looks poopy.

I hate to be particular, and I know they’re probably necessary for charging and things, but the little gaps on these panels messes with me.

That’s surprising because i figured splinterers and/or jezebellers would naturally, instinctively rage at anything that was orange.

First you can’t be arsed to spend a couple of hundred having it detailed. Then you have the temerity to charge 13 large for a late malaise era car that sat for 18 years. What a cheapskate. The price just screams “I know what I have” all over it.

Best part is it’s all real:

Newer cars are more reliable, hands down. They require maintenance, and you can’t fix a ton on your own, unless you have a specific skill set, and you’re rarely going to be able to fix it on the side of the road with duct tape and spit.

Mack is correct. At some point, the staff here should just get used to being owned by him.

I’d rather pick the car that enables me to walk away from a nasty crash

Engineering wise, newer cars are.

Lets be honest, the automakers would do the same thing if selling direct. They will inflate the price (remember who sets the MSRP) then offer sales/coupons etc to make you feel like you are getting a great deal. Have you been to stores like Bed, Bath, & Beyond, JC Penney, Kohls, etc? That is their entire business

I recall years ago seeing a machine in a car brochure wherein the machine’s sole purpose was to open and close the vehicle door a brazillion times for durability testing.

It sounds lame, but it’s actually kind of a soothing game to play. I haven’t played the American version, but the European version is pretty fun.

The Euro simulator is actually very handy to learn some simple geography. Plus the Scandinavian expansion really nailed the highlights driving from Bergen to Oslo.
