Why would they lower the price a car with a 3 year back order?

I can’t even wrap my head around what is going on here.

The additional downside to the aux in is that you’re at the mercy of any analog noise introduced by the head unit itself. These aren’t high end components like a home stereo (even a low end one) and usually a begrudging afterthought.

The problem with more batteries is more weight. This still needs to have a respectable payload capacity as a truck. The model X already weighs 5500 lbs and has a 1200 lbs battery. The overall structure has to be made larger and strengthened for truck duty, plus 50% more battery, we’re probably looking a 7k-8k lbs curb

Apparently you can buy air mattresses that are designed specifically to fit in truck beds, with cutouts for the wheel wells. Just put one of those in there, and you can have all the comfort you want.

Is it supposed to be revolutionary ?

Doesn’t that just kind of...happen?

Yes.

Neutral: I could care less about connectivity. All I want is an aux jack so I listen to my Ipod or listen to BBC Radio 1 or 2 on my phone.

1st: Diesel

Are you talking about the car or the trailer?

Get a bigger dog!

the stinger is okay but it ain’t one of these luxurious sport sedans

One other bad thing, no third pedal and shifter.

wow - completely different reaction. I saw that plaid knob and instantly thought Oh-Fuck-No.

I like it and hate it. I feel that wide body kits serve to weigh down and uglify good cars. This one came out nice and seems decently put together, but still, its someone’s custom project and not mine for $35K... crack pipe.

Crime might be decreasing, but worldwide, the economy over the last 7-8 years is way up, at least for the top earners. More worried wealthy people = more armored car sales.

Of course “official” crime statistics in Brazil are going down...

Someone’s been watching some old top gear:

These will need to be bigger. Many in the US won’t be able to fit in one without first getting gastric bypass surgery a year in advance.

I see this biting Ford in the ass down the line. Hard. You could have sworn people have abandoned sedans all together. They sold just under 210 thousand Fusions last year and almost 160 thousand Focuses. This is a move in the wrong direction.
