It’s so dumb. The trucks end up being so nice that most people don’t want to use them for their intended purpose. Most pickups are pavement princesses these days.
You would be surprised. The backseats in today’s crew cab pickups are just silly big. I’m” 6'5" and I can really stretch out in the back of a supercrew F-150.
You must be talking about the global Ford Ranger because the North American Ranger was the same size from 1993 up all the way until its final year.
Apparently not square wheel wells though. I was surprised to see that they got rid of those.
That’s what I figured. Props to you for dealing with that. Personally, I don’t think I would have the patience for that.
Remember when XLT was the nice trim on Ford trucks? Now it’s almost bottom of the barrel and Lariat is only the mid level trim. Boy have times changed.
Seriously. I’m assuming that’s a 1500 but it appears to easily be the size of an older 2500.
First of all, I can’t believe GM ditched the square wheel wells! Not that I ever liked those.....Secondly, Jesus tapdancing christ that truck is fucking ugly as fuck!!!
How slow does everyone drive around you? Whenever I see a dark grey or black Explorer it’s hilarious to see every other car around it collectively slamming their brakes on and simultaneously shitting their pants because they think it’s a cop.
I would probably buy used myself if I were in the market for one but alas I am not.
It does. I’ve been to the Czech Republic before and that’s what their plates looked like.
Yep. I was just in Colorado two weekends ago. I skied at A-Basin and only about 1/4 of their runs were open. I drove past Keystone and Breck as well and they were also looking pretty sad.
You can easily get by with all seasons in Kansas City. I also have the smaller 17" rims on my car rather than the optional 19s” so they’ve got bigger sidewalls. If I lived somewhere like Minneapolis or Fargo I would probably invest in winter tires but not in KC.
You could even buy a brand new ecoboost premium Mustang for $30,500 which still has way more power than the 86.
What country is that?
I have a friend who lives in Chicago and works in the snow removal business. I would imagine he’s probably not very happy right now because most of his annual income depends on it snowing.
Some of my friends in Kansas City are talking about putting their “winter wheels and tires” on. It’s ridiculous. It only snows 2-3 times a year here and when it does the roads are cleared within a few hours.
Meanwhile, in Kansas City we haven’t even seen so much as a snowflake and we are about 30 degrees above what are normal temperatures for this time of year. The high here is 58 today, yet fucking Atlanta got snow. It makes no sense at all. This is actually upsetting to me because I love snow and winter.
I don’t get it. You would think that a progressive media company like Gawker Media, errrr now it’s Univision would be falling over themselves praising Musk.
