You know a show is really bad when the musical guest was the best thing on the whole show.

The Wiskers R We sketch was the best one of the night and that included the MUSICAL guest.

Some of the Weekend Update stuff was good so I will rate this this show a D+ at best.

Che making Jost say racist shit will forever be one of my favorite things SNL has ever done, and this year was his best yet. But Jost did score big with the being attracted to white women joke and “Y’all need Jesus!”

Just saw Keith David last night in a special premier of American Fiction and he was a great and bold on screen as ever.

Shit, when you put it like that, it is really sad that we lost these all these very charismatic Black male actors too early, in such a short period of time. Someone please protect Keith David for me 😭

It started with Chadwick Boseman, then Michael K Williams, Lance Reddick and now Andre Braugher, these were legit my favorite actors, this is crazy.

Yeah, David has been BY FAR the weakest part but I feel like they started to course correct a little by pairing him off with Alan. He was much more tolerable in the Christmas episode/finale, so if they get another season, I hope they keep sending him down that path.

David seems like a complete afterthought. He’s not integral to any of the episode’s A stories and just kind of floats on the periphery doing warmed-over Niles schtick.  They could literally edit him out of every episode and you’d never notice. 

David’s not even Niles--Niles was clever and snarky even when he was being led around on a leash by Maris. David is just a generic spineless dweeb. 

The movies of Snyder are numerous in amount. One thing he made was Rebel Moon, or as morons call it, “Mature Star Wars”. Another famous moron was Neville Chamberlain. In conclusion, Snyder is a director of contrast. Thank you.

I think he was referring to Reeves’ 3-gun training. That’s with real guns. I’m not saying the guy could jump into a SEAL unit or anything, but he’s better trained in how to use firearms than 99% of the population, and certainly better than the many regular people who manage to use guns in self defense.

The guy was lucky that Reeves wasn’t home. Reeves has actually done the training work that goes behind the moves.

Obviously his call to make, but given he’s cracking jokes about it in public it’s weird that he’d be so secretive about what happened. There’s nothing to be embarrassed about if it was a natural occurrence, which leads me to believe it may be the result of some bad decisions.

I appreciate anyone’s need for privacy - but at this point he either needs to say what the medical emergency was or just shut the fuck up about it. You can’t just walk around saying “this thing happened to me” and then when people say “what thing” say “I don’t want to discuss it, please honor my need for privacy.”

That comment tracks with all the things I have read about Mrs. Mahomes: vapid, entitled, brattish. her ego and delusion will only grow by sharing space with TSwift.

That’s a bad faith reading of my comment if all you got was the proven-until-innocent tried and true contrarian argument. He by all means is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. But I’m not a court of law, nor do I claim to be.

I love how unapologetically goofy he’s willing to get.  And I don’t understand how he doesn’t constantly have a safety attached to his hip because he’s ALWAYS freaking open.  But I’ve heard him interviewed. 

This is such a weird relationship to start with. Kelce is a hell of a player, future Hall of Famer for sure, but comes off as a dolt. I can’t imagine what the two of them talk about.  Maybe it works because they’re seldom able to be in the same place for more than a couple of days.

I struggle to see why The Martian is put higher than Gladiator, as I think the latter has proven to be far more epic, influential and beloved.
