How exactly is it obsolete in 2 years? It'll have OTA updates. Also, Ford went all in on Windows for their car system and just dropped them in favor of Blackberry's QNX, or whatever its called. Windows turned out to have a lot of bugs in it and Ford dropped it within the past month.

You're not buying the real estate, you're buy the remaining time left on the lease. Because the lease hold is encumbered, if you want to use it, you'll have to pay off the creditors, then you'll need to spend all a ton to demo the existing equipment/rides and construct new ones.
