Has anyone paid $50,000 to spend the night on top of the Ford E-150 van? (see source link).

This seems to be a pretty smart way to use those circles. I'm sure a lot of teens will like this.

Appears "opt-out" to how I read it:

I never would have guessed Brian is from 'Bama. Brent's been around the longest, no? I'd pay money to see Mario without the sunglasses.

It could be curved like that to help bridge the thumb span. It would also probably work better in a front or back pocket as the contour might help it sit flush with your body, especially those with tight jeans.

Hasn't that been the knock on the iPad, that it's running a lightweight OS?

Timely article. I have to buy a new smoke detector to pass my kitchen inspection in November and I will be getting this. Simply brilliant.

Excellent points.

Yep it was there for the lock screen. If you remember, iOS didn't support app wallpaper in the 2g version.

No, it was there. I used it, but as I remember it, it was only for the lock screen.

MS made a tablet before the Newton? What was it?

Agree completely, especially that last line.

"It [sic] didn't say it came from Iraq. I said Americans got pissy over Iraq. Which is why the [sic] keep bringing up the stereotype."

No, American's brought this up for generations. I remember it during Reagan, Carter and Johnson administrations. It all originates from WWII. It's actually a running joke in the U.S. that is nearly 60 years old. I'm not saying it's a correct way to look at what happened, just that it originated here during WWII.

BTW, I wouldn't characterize the French Army as fighting harder in the 20th Century because they suffered more casualties. I'd say they didn't fight smartly. The number of casualties isn't indicative of how hard you fight, but how smartly you fight.

"It is an ignorant stereotype". Perhaps, but that is where it comes from, not Iraq.

The French Army folded in WWII, that is where the stereotype comes from, not from the invasion of Iraq.
