Club runners can do 25 second 200M. You obviously have no business commenting on this subject.

You don't think I'd be dumb enough to admit if you were right would you?

Good point.

Yeah, but they might reveal who I am. They aren't anything special. One was an interview I did with someone on autism and another was a video of my kid getting dressed for halloween in a buzz light year costume.

"you aren't supposed to be allowed to copyright/trademark a look for your device or product. "

The New York Times once used a screen capture from one of my videos in a story without permission. I never thought to charge them for it, but I did ask them for an attribution which they did give me on the story.

I doubt Bolt could complete a marathon. Take a look at Lance Armstrong, another world class endurance athlete. Lance has an incredibly high Vo2, but he has barely broken 3 hours after a few of them.

I agree, its not exciting for someone that isn't into endurance. The American public has a short attention span. 10 seconds is about it.

He's the fastest man for his distance, he is not the fastest man at a long distance, period. A better analogy is he is a dragster with 1 tank of gas vs. a Ferrari with a full tank.

I said they could come within 1 second. 1 second is actually a pretty big gulf at this distance, however, it is faster than probably 99% of the planet. It would be foolish to attempt that pace for 26.2 miles because it largely relies on anaerobic energy rather than aerobic. So I agree with you, but I was making a

Sprint cyclists train to be endurance athletes, sprint runners do not, I know, I've trained with both. Typically, these two types of runners have a preponderance of one particular type of muscle fiber as you point out. The demands are very different as you know. When you get to the world class level, the

The patent for the iPhone's trade dress was filed in early 2006, meaning it had been in development for a few years before.

Trade Dress deals with both hardware and software and as you can see from the sources I provided you, your statement that it was first shown at 2006 CEBIT is wrong, very wrong.

I just exposed your ignorance:

I am a former Olympic trials qualifier and yes, the best can.

As a former Olympic Marathon trials qualifier, I can tell you're simply wrong. I could easily run the 200M in 23 seconds at the height of my career I was only national class, not world class.

I'm sorry, but I don't believe you. It's not possible without training, unless of course you did it over several days perhaps.

You'd have to get in a car because you CAN'T run 26.2 miles. You could however sprint 200M today, everyone can, if they aren't disabled.

Um, no they can't. The difference between a 4 hour marathon and a 2:08 is very wide. However, my guess is most world class marathoners can do a 200M within a second of Bolt. Speed training in long distance running is no different than sprint training. The marathoner does both, the sprinter does one. Nearly
