Bolt is the fastest man over a short distance. He's likely a very slow man over a long distance. I'm pretty sure this man could smoke Bolt over 26.2 miles, if Bolt could even complete 26.2 miles. Two different types of athleticism are needed granted, but its a bit irksome for short distance runners to get all the

I liked it.

The Tree of Life isn't something you can appreciate fully until you're probably in your 40's and are looking back on the first half of your life trying to make sense of who you are and why you are the way you are and what choices you made. It's definitely not a movie to see your 20's or 30's because you don't have

The f700 was not shown at the 2006 CEBIT. Here is what they showed: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_at_cebit_2006-news-177.php

Can you source where secret company mock-ups can invalidate trade dress? What do you make of the mock-ups from Apple 5 years before Samsung's submitted evidence?

Youtube probably has millions of DMCA takedowns every year. Just recently we learned of NASA's own video of Curiosity being DMCA'd.

Saying they want to license a rectangle displays a complete lack of understanding of the facts of this case and is just trolling.

Sorry, mock-ups with their screens off don't count which is every single one of those on the left. Not a single one came to market before the iPhone and with Samsung's already long history of lying to courts both abroad and inside Korea, no one should give any credibility to that slide. Using the logic you're using,

Curious then why Apple bans Gizmodo from its presentations if Gizmodo is being paid by Apple to write articles.

Samsung's patents are FRAND patents, essential and they agreed to that. FRAND patents don't get much more than what Apple was offering. Also, your math is way off. At $40 per tablet and a 20% discount, Apple was paying $8, not 34 hundreds of a cent.

Well, they may end up paying $2.5billion as a result and still won't have access to the patents.

The battery may not need to be much larger if Apple is using Qualcomm's latest Gobi chipsets. These chipsets draw less power for things like voice and it is in line with a release of the iPhone on China Mobile, the world's largest carrier because it supports TD-LTE. This would also support the recent supply chain

Will it come with a fan? LOL

No you aren't. Your a recently register user with no history at this site and just came here to comment on this one story.

I didn't realize there were so many Alaskan Airline troll/fanboys. Who is paying you guys?

Nope. Samsung is counting ALL of its various smart phones. They don't have a single model that sells in the numbers the iPhone does, not one.

In his spare time, Matt also performs as the lead singer of Devo.

LOL.

I tried to present some balance. While their safety record is below others, but not the worst, when they do have accidents, its not primarily due to conditions, but bad maintenance. I posted other links as besides that one that bears out their maintenance in regards to their known accidents.

Their fatal crashes have almost been entirely due to maintenance issues.
