@cushenstein: I too think that's a bit far fetched that iOS games will phase out anything but it is mildly possible given the power they keep sqeezing into smaller and smaller devices. The iPhone's major weakness to many people (not myself though, I'm an avid iPhone gamer these days) is the lack of a more tactile

@Vitamin Awesome: My thoughts exactly. I know people always say released games these days feel like unfinished betas but this is one of the few games where I feel that kind of comment is fully justified.

@tumes: logic error. You can't have half of zero.

@Nightwolf10110: I've enjoyed Gamelofts recent apps Eternal Legacy and Dungeon Hunter 2, I'm waiting for them to drop Shadow Guardian and I still need to get Infinity Blade.

@Nightshift Nurse: Nah, just a few misguided fanboys with "brand loyalty" I'll never quite understand.

This is when all the PS3 fanboys on my PSN list (the ones without a PC or 360) will play the demo and send me messages explaining how the game is overhyped Xbox trashed and how they're not going to play it...then on release day I'll log into PSN and see all of them playing it. This happens every...single...time a

@thund3rstruck: I have no idea what elitist attitude you're referencing. I think the jokes on one gaming related show were simply not funny. That says nothing of my opinion of putting gaming on "mainstream" television or about the other bits of the show not related to the attempts as humor (trailers, reveals,

@Face Imploder: Running Metro in DX11 as opposed to DX10 gives some tesselation, better object blur and better DOF. It's nice but you have to know what to look for to even see it. I can see it but friends and family watching tend not to.

@Zelyre: LOL, all too true.

@Tanneseph: I hear ya. Personally, I'm still waiting for the game (other than Metro 2033 with the hardly noticeable DX11 effects turned on) to actually make my PC work. So I look forward to the challenge if Bethesda is going to bring it.

I couldn't possibly care less what engine their game(s) run on. As long as I continue to enjoy the games as much as I have previous Elder Scrolls games I'll keep supporting them with my purchase.

This years Spike VGA (new game reveals aside) was one of the worst ones I remember. I think they were trying to set a record for most consecutive jokes to fall flat in a single show...I think they succeeded too.

Besides Free games and mobile games?

@ngv001: It could be argued that the team "behind" Gears of War is Epic. Chair is a part of Epic. That's pretty clear and accurate.

@-MasterDex-: Ummm, the AI is bad until later. When you start out the AI will just race a line and not even dodge you if you're sitting in its way. Later on it seems to stop doing that and actually drive once you level up which is...not a feature I'm fond of. Give me the real AI at the beginning of the game please.

@SG-17: True, they can, but unfortunately games with strong SP as well as MP are in the vast minority IMO. The way they spend development cycles it seems to be better to focus on one or other.
