@raiden1091: Your ignorance makes me laugh.

@Twitch: I think "and/or it's easy to tell them to fuck off." should have been added to the end of that sentence.

I would have much rather paid for a single app with all of these than download them separately for free.

Selling out for 2 shipments sounds more like a win than a disaster.

@A.Jaswal: I guess you're right. If everyone else is doing it, it must be ok.

@AdmiralPoopinpants: I'm sure they know what is on their own account pages which is what everyone is reporting they're seeing.

@TheSonOfKrypton: With the way Giz/Gawker has acted towards Apple recently I wouldn't put it past them.

As people have said, it's not duct tape. In fact I can pretty much guarantee that if you've ever flown before, your plane probably had some of this on it. I used to work at an airport loading cargo/baggage and saw many engineers apply this stuff, even while passengers were already boarded.

@Wansai Ounkeo: maybe they get the hook up. I know a lot of people that smoke a shit ton and never spend a dime.

@Señor Cagon: Spice! I've never tried it but I know people that swear by it. You can find it at most head shops and it's supposed to give you a very similar high to weed.

@Afrit: black iPhone, orange bumper. go giants.

@johnwonderbread: Still a bit skeptical but if it is true this is gonna make my decision to upgrade a helluva lot easier. My guess is that you're gonna have to explicitly request to keep your plan or else their gonna switch you without you knowing. I bet a lot of people get told that they can't as well.

@rudyfrederic: yeah, but I still haven't seen anything from att that confirms that you can keep your old plan with an upgrade and new contract. I'm still skeptical despite everyones assurances. They all just seem like misunderstandings and/or wishful thinking at this point.

@collectiveego: Even with signing a new 2 year commitment?

This list was clearly chosen to intentionally give Android a slight edge but overall I agree with it. Take out the two obvious unfair google wins and it's a tie. Or you could add camera and video as categories where Apple clearly has the advantage and still call it a tie.

@⌘Z: Oh, I get it, it's cause oakland is more known for its crime...
